Career Guidance & Counseling Cell

Through the initiative of the department of Higher Education, the college has a separate cell for Career Guidance and Counseling for Students. The Cell has a nodal officer from amongst the teachers who organises seminars and other activities for students. The students may avail the counseling facilities provided by the cell.

The Bailey Baptist College, Career Guidance & Counseling cell aims to:

  • Assist students in their journey toward a better life.
  • Motivate students in their studies
  • Widen ideas of the students about their careers.
  • Empathy towards students so as to understand them properly and help solve problems that hinders their studies
  • Assess the quality of the students and help them understand their talents, abilities, capabilities ETC., thereby making them choose the right vocation wherethey are apt to.
